FAQ

Where is your Manuka Honey sourced from?

Our Manuka Honey is sourced directly from farmers all around New Zealand and is packed in our factory in Pukekohe, Auckland.

How can you attest to the authenticity and quality of your Manuka Honey?

Our Manuka Honey carries the UMF mark which means that it has passed independent quality, grading and rating tests and is genuine Manuka Honey from New Zealand, meeting the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industry definition and standard for Manuka Honey. Only honey meeting that quality can be exported/shipped to other countries.

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping for orders over $49NZD ($4.99 for orders below that sum) within New Zealand. We also offer shipping to international destinations. Custom shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on weight and destination. Please be advised in advance that each country has different requirements for honey imports including limitations based on quantity, weight or pricing. Please check in advance what the requirements are for your state/country before ordering.

What is your customs policy?

There is a risk that your purchase may be held at customs. We will not be liable for delays related to customs nor costs incurred so please check carefully with your country's legislation concerning honey products before purchasing.
