Where do you ship?
We offer free shipping for orders over $49NZD ($4.99 for orders below that sum) within New Zealand. We also offer express shipping with DHL to international destinations with the maximum timeframe being an estimated 14 business days. Custom shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on weight and destination. Please be advised in advance that each country has different requirements for honey imports including limitations based on quantity, weight or pricing. Please check in advance what the requirements are your state/country before ordering.
What is your customs policy?
There is a risk that your purchase may be held at customs. We will not be liable for delays related to customs nor costs incurred so please check carefully with your country's legislation concerning honey products before purchasing.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
If you have made a mistake at checkout, let us know immediately and we will refund your money. If the item has already been sent then we will refund the money upon reception of the items purchased.
We will accept returns on damaged goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been held up at customs, incur custom duties or incurring any other customs related issue so please verify your country's legislation before ordering.
